2. What we collect

• Enquiries you send us. The enquiry form does not submit data to our website. It opens your own email app with your name, company, topic and message filled in. We receive only what you choose to send, along with your email address.
• Website usage, only with your consent. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and the site that referred you. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies.
• Essential storage. We store your cookie choice in your browser so we don’t ask on every visit.

3. How we use it

We use enquiry details only to reply to you, prepare proposals you ask for, and keep a record of our correspondence. We use analytics data, in aggregate, to understand which pages and products visitors find useful and to improve the site. We do not sell personal data.

4. Who we share it with

Our email provider stores the messages you send us. Google processes analytics data on our behalf if you consent. Our website host serves the site and keeps standard server logs. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to respond and for any engagement that follows, and are deleted when no longer needed. Analytics data is retained for 14 months, then deleted automatically.

6. Your choices and rights

You can accept or decline analytics cookies, and change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the site footer. Under the DPDP Act you may ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate another person to exercise your rights. Write to help.avyconsulting@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

7. Product portals

AVY Explore, ChemPro, Engage, BEAM, Sammati, Safex and the AVY HRMS employee portal run on their own subdomains. Data you enter in those portals is governed by each portal’s own terms and privacy notice, not this page.

8. Security and children

The site is served over HTTPS and we limit access to enquiry mail to people who need it. This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 18.

We will update this page when our practices change, and revise the date at the top.
